We live on a quiet road yet within walking distance of the many shops as well as pubs and restaurants Tonbridge has to offer, located in the centre of town. We are also a 40-minute train ride away from central London.
Tonbridge is well known for its castle and it is the site of a prestigious independent school which looks very much like Hogwarts.
In Tonbridge there are many attractions for young children and older ones too: a swimming-pool with an outside heated pool, a big park with a mini golf and a play area. There is also an indoor soft-play area located near the supermarkets as well as an open golf range and, recently opened, a trampoline park.
Thanks to an efficient transport link to London you can be in the heart of the capital within 40 minutes (there are trains every 10 minutes until late at night) and at off-peak times the prices of travel are more than affordable.
Tonbridge is also in the heart of the Garden of England and within driving distance of many attractions whatever your interests are.
Royal Tunbridge Wells is only 5 miles away - reachable by car, train or bus depending on what mode of transport you prefer.
